How may I check the status of my order?

If you have an Adaïr account, you can directly track your order by logging into MyAccount.

If you performed a Guest Checkout without an account, you can contact us or write an email directly to shop@adair-jewelry.com to find out the status of your order.

Adaïr will also inform you of the progress of your order by email. You will then receive a tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment of your order on the carrier's website.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Should you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us or write an email directly to shop@adair-jewelry.com as soon as possible; we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted.

Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; however, you may return your item subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Once a creation has been personalized, it cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

First, we ensure that your jewelry piece is perfectly polished before delivering it to you.

Then, if your piece is scratched, you can contact us at any time to send the piece back so that we can polish it for free.

How long do the guarantee and after-sales service last?

The guarantee and after-sales service are valid for 2 years for all pieces at Adaïr.

How to take care of my jewelry?

All our pieces are crafted from high-quality, durable materials such as 18-carat gold, grade 23 titanium, and diamonds.

However, it's important to care for your jewelry properly to maintain its
sparkling beauty. Here are a few essential tips:

  • Remove your jewelry before washing your hands or taking a shower.
  • Avoid chemical products.
  • Store your jewelry carefully in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
  • Clean your jewelry regularly using mild soap in warm water and use a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt. Rinse and dry with a
    soft cloth, then you can also polish your piece with a jewelry cloth, to restore the natural shine of your piece.

Brain Teaser Necklace: Is it possible to lose the second part of the pendant?

We have conducted extensive testing over several months and are confident that the second part will not detach during various activities.

However, when playing with the brain teaser necklace, please take care to ensure the detached part does not get lost. We recommend doing so in a calm setting, ideally while stationary.
